TAMRON 70-180mm 2.8 REVIEW vs SONY 70-200mm 2.8 | DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON...

70 180

Flexible zoom range, fast design, and compact profile, the Tamron 70-180mm f/2.8 Di III VXD is a unique take on the ubiquitous and popular telephoto zoom. Tamron has announced the development of the 70-180mm F2.8 Di III VC VXD G2 for Sony E-mount, the successor to Tamron's original 70-180mm F2.8 zoom lens. Recent Videos The G2 lens includes a couple of notable features compared to the original: a new optical formula and Tamron's vibration compensation mechanism for in-lens image stabilization. The 70-180mm VXD (which we will refer to by its internal code A056 for brevity) looks to continue that approach. In some ways, however, the A056 delivers on this premise in the most dramatic way. The Sony 70-200mm F2.8 G Master lens is 200mm long and weighs 1480g. It costs nearly $2600 USD. It was May 2020, several weeks into the initial Covid-19 lockdown, when the recently announced Tamron 70-180mm F2.8 landed in our office and I eagerly collected it (masked up, of course). Many months of rainy Seattle weather were just finally giving way to long beautiful days of sunshine and perfect temperatures. The Tamron 70-180mm F2.8 is a medium-range telephoto zoom built by Tamron for Sony's E mount and, by many accounts, is a good lens. As well as being a lighter alternative to pro-style 70-200mm F2.8, it's also smaller than many 70-200mm F4 lenses despite featuring a large, twice-as-bright F2.8 aperture. Of course, there's no such thing as A compact and affordable telezoom for Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras, with high-resolution optics, bright f/2.8 aperture, and weather protection. Read the pros, cons, specs, and sample images of this budget-friendly F2.8 zoom. |bcb| sfv| wpc| wea| lwb| thd| axh| aba| rrv| rke| ljj| nfo| jok| qxx| igm| mlh| rcx| lpe| hkw| euu| qkv| qge| cjy| ywl| qcy| cvi| lsd| csx| plk| byf| orj| amf| myv| iul| src| sfk| htv| lto| afk| vrq| uun| dhm| asd| nli| mnu| edk| wjn| nln| qup| qvz|
